Guest Speaker: Mr. Robert Fleming, a well-known Tucson elder law attorney and partner in the law firm of Fleming & Curti.
Bring your lunch (light refreshments provided) and join us for an overview of the legal landscape as we prepare for a secure future for ourselves and our elders. Topics will include estate planning, Advance Directives (Living Will, Durable Health Care Power of Attorney etc.), guardianship, conservatorship and more. Resources and handouts will be available. A Q&A session will follow Mr. Fleming's presentation.
Mr. Fleming is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, President of the Elder Law Foundation and author of The Elder Law Answer Book. Mr. Fleming's practice focuses on estate planning and probate, trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship.
